Welcome to Poshaya. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services operated by Vedsaatvik Enterprises Private Limited ("Poshaya", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or booking a Free Home Trial, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. General Terms
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order or booking a Free Home Trial.
Poshaya reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to the website at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
3. Products & Pricing
We make every effort to display accurate product information, including descriptions, images, and pricing. However, slight variations in colour or design may occur due to photography and screen display settings.
In the event of a pricing error on our website, Poshaya reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, or contact the customer to confirm the correct price before proceeding.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Free Home Trial Policy
Poshaya offers a Free Home Trial service exclusively for customers located in Kanpur.
- The Free Home Trial service is currently available only for serviceable pincodes within Kanpur.
- Customers may select a maximum of 10 items per Free Home Trial booking.
- No advance payment is required to book a Free Home Trial.
- Customers may try on the selected items at home and choose to purchase only the items they wish to keep.
- Items not selected for purchase must be returned to our delivery representative at the time of the trial, in the same condition as received (unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact).
- Poshaya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Free Home Trial service, or change the serviceable areas, at any time without prior notice.
- Misuse of the Free Home Trial service (including repeated non-purchase, damage to trial items, or fraudulent bookings) may result in the customer being restricted from availing this service in the future.
5. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- UPI
- Credit / Debit Cards
- Partial COD (part-payment online, remaining amount payable on delivery)
All payments must be made in full (or as applicable under Partial COD) before the order is processed for dispatch, except where covered under the Free Home Trial policy above.
6. Shipping Details
- Free Delivery: Enjoy free shipping on eligible orders across India.
- Fast Dispatch: Orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours after confirmation.
- Estimated Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 3–10 business days, depending on location.
- Secure Packaging: Every order is packed with premium-quality protective packaging.
- Live Order Tracking: Track your order in real-time from dispatch until delivery.
7. Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy
At Poshaya, every outfit undergoes multiple quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
8-Day Easy Returns
You may request a return within 8 days of receiving your order if:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received the wrong product, size, or colour.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Have all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Be returned in its original condition.
- Be accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Products without original tags or original packaging.
- Products purchased during clearance, sale, or promotional offers (unless received damaged or defective).
- Return requests made after 8 days of delivery.
Exchange Policy
We offer size exchanges within 8 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose either Store Credit or a Refund (where applicable).
Refund Policy
Once your returned product is received and successfully passes our quality inspection, refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery or Partial COD orders, the eligible refund amount will be processed via bank transfer or UPI to the customer's provided account details within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
How to Request a Return
- Contact our Customer Support within 8 days of receiving your order.
- Share your Order ID along with clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
- Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup wherever available or guide you through the self-return process.
- After the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed.
Reverse Pickup
Reverse pickup is available for most serviceable pin codes. If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may self-ship the product, and reasonable courier charges will be reimbursed for approved return cases.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be governed by the Returns & Refund Policy above.
9. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to place an order or book a Free Home Trial on our website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Vedsaatvik Enterprises Private Limited (Poshaya) and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content from this website is strictly prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
Poshaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to delays in delivery, unavailability of products, or issues arising from third-party courier services, except as expressly stated in these Terms.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
13. Changes to These Terms
Poshaya reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
