crafted with elegance and care. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns or exchanges on eligible products within 7 days of delivery.

  • To qualify for a return or exchange:
  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must remain intact.
  • The product should not have any stains, perfume, damage, or alterations.
  • The return request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or altered outfits
  • Made-to-order products
  • Accessories and jewelry
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48
hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Product images
  • Unboxing video (recommended)

Our team will review the request and assist with a replacement or refund.

Exchange Process

  • Once the returned product passes quality inspection:
  • Exchange requests will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Product exchange is subject to stock availability.

Return Pickup

Return pickup service may be available depending on the customer’s location. If
reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the product.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment
method.
Shipping charges, COD charges, and convenience fees are non-refundable.
