Refund Policy

At Poshaya, refunds are processed only after successful verification and approval of
the returned item.

Refund Conditions

Refunds are applicable for:
Eligible returned products
Cancelled prepaid orders
Damaged or defective products approved by our support team

Refund Method

Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment source.
COD orders may be refunded via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Please note that bank processing timelines may vary.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be applicable in cases where:
Products are returned incomplete
Packaging or accessories are missing
Products show signs of use or damage caused after delivery
