Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Customized Orders

Customized, altered, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production
has started.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

Approved cancellations for prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
